Flawless Solutions with Professional Equipment

Hotel photography is not just about pressing the right button; technical equipment, artistic vision, and a detailed post-production process. At Ajans360, we work with industry-standard equipment, transforming every frame into a powerful narrative that elevates your brand’s prestige.

High-Resolution Photo and Video Shoots

We use the Sony A7R V for our photo shoots. The 61MP sensor enables ultra-high resolution, wide dynamic range, and the capture of even the finest details. For video, we prefer the Sony FX30. With its Super 35mm sensor and cinematic look, we can showcase your hotel impressively not only in photos but also in videos.

Architectural and Detail Shots with Special Lenses

With the 12-24mm G Master lens, we showcase the hotel’s expansive spaces and architectural details with flawless perspective. The 16mm Prime lens ensures sharpness even in the corners, allowing us to achieve distortion-free images. The 30mm Prime lens creates an intimate effect in close-up and detail shots. This allows us to best reflect both large-scale spaces and small but important details.

Natural Light Balance with HDR Technology

To ensure the interior and exterior views appear balanced in the same frame in hotel rooms, we take three different exposures using the bracketing technique. These frames are combined during the post-production process to create an HDR composition. Thus, while the room’s interior looks vivid and clear without being dim, the exterior view seen through the window is also correctly exposed. The result is aesthetically pleasing, realistic, and impressive frames.

Post-Production and Color Grading

After the shoot, the photos are processed using professional software. Using Adobe Lightroom, we apply color grading appropriate to the overall atmosphere of the hotel and prepare personalized results, taking into account any specific preferences requested by the customer. We also support your hotel’s visual identity from different angles by offering alternative color palettes for each frame.

Professional Retouching and Visual Cleaning

We pay great attention to detail to enhance the aesthetic value of the photos. Wrinkles on bedspreads, unwanted objects, and light reflections are meticulously removed. While minor imperfections are corrected, the natural atmosphere of the photo is preserved. Thus, both aesthetically pleasing and realistic results are achieved.

Visual Narrative and Story Structure

Hotel photography is not just a technical process, but also a powerful storytelling tool. We compose each frame to highlight your hotel’s comfort, ambiance, and hospitality. This way, the photos don’t just show the space, they allow potential guests to feel the environment.

Comprehensive Preliminary Preparation and Field Analysis

Every hotel photo shoot begins well before the actual shoot day. At Ajans360, one of the most important stages of the process is preparation and site analysis. We carry out this stage in four key steps:

Listening to Customer Expectations

Before the shoot, we hold detailed meetings with the hotel management. We learn about your target audience, the areas you want to highlight, and where the visuals will be used. In line with this information, we create the concept of the shoot.

Identifying Needs

Should shadowless lighting be used in images, or should the reflections of natural daylight falling into rooms be emphasized? Which methods should be preferred to ensure that interior and exterior views appear balanced in the same frame? We are clarifying all these aesthetic and technical requirements.

Field Exploration and Spatial Analysis

Before the shoot, we visit the hotel to examine its architectural structure. We determine which angles will yield the best results in the lobby, restaurant, rooms, and common areas. This site reconnaissance allows us to move quickly on the day of the shoot and capture the right shots.

Natural Lighting Design

We calculate at what times and at what angle daylight enters hotel rooms. This ensures that each area is photographed under the most efficient lighting conditions. If desired, we can use the natural reflections falling on the window as an artistic effect to add a different atmosphere to the photos.
