Büyük Abant Oteli Markalaşma Hikayesi

The hotel web design project we developed for Büyük Abant Hotel aimed to carry the brand’s peaceful atmosphere in nature to the digital world with the same aesthetics. We created a web infrastructure offering a simple yet powerful experience where users can easily make reservations.

The Digital Transformation of the Hotel in Datça

We redesigned the digital infrastructure we established six years ago from the ground up in 2025, bringing the brand’s unique Datça atmosphere to the digital realm with a modern, mobile-first interface. Our goal in this revision went beyond “looking good”; it was to ensure that guests could navigate smoothly through the room–gallery–location–experience pages and make faster decisions about online reservations.

In the new structure, UI/UX optimization, visual hierarchy, and content flow were addressed together; instead of stock images, shootings specific to Casa Elia and content telling the story of the village of Datça were used to strengthen brand perception. Supported by social media management and Google Ads (Search Network) campaigns for this content produced in the 2025 season, time spent on the site and interactions increased, resulting in a significant rise in direct bookings.

The Boutique Hotel Booking Experience

Our goal for the web experience we designed for Carruba Hotel was not to create a “pretty” site, but to create a sales flow that takes guests directly to online reservations and direct communication in the shortest possible way. That’s why there is only one action at every critical point on the site: the Reservation button, which seamlessly takes the guest to the online reservation infrastructure (IBE).

This approach also resonated internationally, and the Carruba Hotel web project was a finalist in the Travel/Tourism category at the Horizon Interactive Awards.

While the reservation flow on the website was tied to a single action, instant communication via WhatsApp was set up for guests who make quick decisions. The TR/EN dual language structure lowers the barrier for foreign guests, and the room pages are designed with a sales focus, featuring clear, decision-driving information such as square footage, view/balcony, and amenities, accompanied by powerful visual galleries.

Web Experience Designed for Fidanka

Fidanka, located on the Kalkan route in Kaş, is a hotel with a strong character, distinguished by its botanical gardens, sea views, and “boutique living” feel. Our goal in this project was not only to reflect the hotel’s atmosphere aesthetically, but also to establish a clear digital flow that speeds up the guest’s decision-making process and leads to a reservation.
Therefore, we designed the website not as a “catalog,” but as an online reservation-focused sales channel. The homepage, room pages, and experience content were designed with a structure that provides quick answers to key questions influencing the guest’s decision and progresses with strong CTAs, and the booking action is directly linked to the booking engine (SabeeApp infrastructure is used on the Fidanka side).

In the background, the mobile-first interface, speed and visual optimizations, technical hygiene on the SEO side, and conversion tracking; a system was established that continuously optimizes based on data, tracking which channel the guest came from, where they made their decision, and how they progressed to actions such as booking/searching/WhatsApp.

Our goal at Kartal Hotel was clear: to transform the Kartalkaya experience from a “visual showcase” into a digital flow leading directly to reservations. We began the process with a special logo version that reinforced the brand’s 40th-anniversary identity. We then completely redesigned the website, creating a structure that enables online reservations and guides quick-decision guests to action with a single click. The search-decision-reservation steps were simplified with an Adult/Child selection reservation flow on the site.

“Instant trust” makes a big difference in Kartalkaya. That’s why we supported the web experience with a Live Stream feature, making it easier for guests to see the current conditions and make decisions; With the Kartalkaya App, we combined live cameras, slope conditions, and quick access in a single ecosystem to create a digital experience that instantly answers the question, “What if I go now?” We also supported the rebuilding of the audience through social media campaigns, ensuring sustainable visibility in the digital space.
